TechyComm is an open-source educational and technical blogging platform maintained by the TechyComm open-source community, based in Spain. Official inquiries can be directed to me@davidfrancisco.dev.
By accessing TechyComm, using its source code, creating an account, or reading its content, you agree to these Terms of Service, operating under the laws of Spain and the European Union. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform.
TechyComm and all associated source code, articles, code snippets, and tools are provided strictly 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE', without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uptime). You execute any code snippets or tutorials at your own risk.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions conducted through their accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
TechyComm's underlying software is released as open source. Articles, posts, and user contributions belong to their respective authors, who grant TechyComm a non-exclusive license to host and display the content.
Users must not engage in unlawful acts, deploy malicious software, attempt unauthorized system access, post spam/hate speech, or breach EU/Spanish legislation.
Pursuant to the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and Spanish LSSI-CE (Article 16), TechyComm acts as an intermediary hosting provider. The TechyComm project maintainers do not pre-screen or assume liability for user-generated comments or third-party links, but will act promptly upon receiving valid notice of illegal content.
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish and European Union law, the TechyComm project maintainers and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, system disruption, or lost profits) arising out of or related to your use of TechyComm. If any liability cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection laws, total liability is capped at 0€.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the TechyComm project maintainers and contributors from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Spain and European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
