In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the data controller responsible for processing your personal information is the TechyComm Project (TechyComm Open Source Community), based in Spain.

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, username, email address, profile details, and user comments), as well as automated usage data (IP address, browser parameters, pages viewed, and session tokens) required for authentication and platform functionality.

We process your personal data based on: (a) Performance of a contract: managing your account and service functionality; (b) Legitimate interest: platform security, fraud prevention, and system maintenance; (c) Consent: optional communications or cookies.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your personal information only as long as your account remains active or as required by law to fulfill tax or legal obligations in Spain.

Under European data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as GitHub & Google OAuth for authentication, and secure cloud storage) who adhere to strict GDPR compliance standards and data processing agreements.

TechyComm uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and save your UI theme/language preferences. We do not sell your personal data or track you across third-party websites.
